Spencer joined Clifton Rugby from Hartpury ahead of the 2014/15 season.A consistent, skilful half-back, Mitch is dynamic around the field, and a clever manager of the game. He has a huge wealth of experience to call on, having made his National Leagues debut for cross town rivals Dings as a teenager. Spencer was appointed Club Captain for the 2018/19 season and is embarking on his 8th year with the club.
