Today we played Bath which we knew would be a tough game. Overall Baths rucking was the better of the 2 sides but Clifton managed to win both of the matches.

Match One
Bath kicked off and 20 seconds into the game Jake and Sami did a switch for the opening try.

Despite Theo making some big hits the Clifton defence wasn't good enough and Bath got a try.

This was followed by Will and Paddy making several big dents in the Bath defence leading to Sami's second try of the match. The next try was by a great back play putting Ollie away to score in the corner. The match finished 15-5 to Clifton.

Match Two

From the kick off Sami ran through all of their defence to score the first try. Bath then scored the next try by a great run down the wing from one of their players. The Clifton backs were passing
well Milan did a great pass to Luke who dived into the corner. Clifton were getting better and better as the game went on, George grabbed the ball from the ground and ran straight through their defence to score. Clifton's final try was from Sami with Bath scoring the final try of the day leaving the score 25-10 to Clifton .

Try scores : Sami 5, Ollie 1, George 1 and Luke 1.

We hope to see Bath again.
