The National Association of Medical Schools (NAMS) Rugby Union Cup is the competition that provides an opportunity for all of the Medical School Rugby Clubs to compete against one another.
It currently consists of 17 sides from around England and Wales, and is still growing as a competition. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the competition, with hopes that this will be one of the best years yet, with the standard of Medics Rugby improving hugely year on year.

We welcome any student wishing to play, mainly drawing on Medical, Dental, Physiotherapy, and Nursing students.
Our WRU status allows us to compete in the Welsh Cup, giving us the opportunity to try our hand at a different brand of rugby, and export our own, something very valuable to us.

Nottingham Medics RUFC is an established club with a playing history and alumni network stretching back decades. We have vibrant sporting and social calendars which support a close-knit society, eager to welcome new members.
Appearing in the Plate final two season ago, Nottingham Medics will be aiming for a famous Cup win at Clifton.
