Clifton celebrate their 150th year this season and have released their commerative shirt reminiscent of the old colour ways of the past. The thick lavender and black hoops hark back, to the days of the clubs formation at The King’s Arms by many for the schoolmasters and pupils at Clifton College who where instrumental in establishing the club in 1872.
Sponsors are sublimated in gold whilst the heritage badge takes pride of place on the chest of the jersey with 1872-2022 underneath. The collar is a draw down, with 150 years across the back and the gold, black and lavender theme continues into the playing shorts and socks.
A representation of our past, but also a stement for the future direction of the club. To see the full video, head to our instagram page here
